Can you just claim Fraud or not?

When I was 7 years old my father handed me a Social Security
Card.
I asked my father, "What is this?"
He said it was a Social Security card. He was an attorney and my
father, so I took the card. I can still remember starring at it for the longest time. I
remember the funny design, the long number. I knew there was something
important about that card, but I was ignorant.
My Father knew the law. He had studied the law, passed the bar exam, wrote law books. He had a good knowledge of the law and knew how to read it. He thought the system of social security was a good idea. He thought birth certificates were a good idea, too.
They told him about, Social Security benefits, Old Age insurance, graduated income tax, federal reserve systems, courts, jurisdictions, other public benefits, government financed programs, voting etc. They published information how it all works and offered these benefits to everyone.
They have books and documents that tell you almost every aspect of their system. And they do take care of the widows and orphans, the aged and the ill. they do pay the benefits and claims as a matter of policy. they even publish that you do not have to sign up for an SSN.
Where is the fraud?
No one told my Father about the Kingdom of Heaven, the perfect law of liberty or the Church preached and appointed by Christ. They had told him about religions and doctrines and Romans 13 but not the gospel of the kingdom.
Of course to tell him about Christ is not the job of the governments of the world. It is the job of the Church appointed by Christ.
Maybe the people who say they are the Church are committing fraud since they are not doing their job. Almost no one has been offering anything different as an alternative to the world. The Churches my Mother and Father went to were not offering the alternative which Jesus and Moses had offered the people with their redemption.
Those modern churches were more interested in building structures of stone and brick and wood, than they were in building the kingdom. They did not take care of the daily ministration any more. In fact those churches encouraged their members to sign up with benefactors who exercised authority, one over the other.
They were not interested in what Christ taught but their own vain imagination.
Where is the fraud? Well I think there is some clear fraud on the part of the churches but that does not vitiate any applications, agreements and membership that you may have created with the state or the world of the states.
God told us to honor our Fathers and our Fathers are often the ones who gave us our SSN.
But in the taking of the card where is the contract?
The Bible is so full of warnings about striking hands, applying to governments for benefits, being covetous of your neighbors goods through the agency of government.
Well there are a number of things to study to determine if their was a contract.
Employ vs Enslave
How do we become slaves as in the days Israel was in bondage in Egypt?
Call no man Father
Why did Jesus say call no man Father on earth and why were Christians persecuted under men like Marcus Aurelius? What are the three steps to bondage under authoritarian benefactors? Why has this information been around for so many centuries and no one has told you until now?
Mammon
What is Mammon? What does it have to dow with national and international trust systems within governments? What is the difference between the unrighteous and the righteous Mammon? Is the Social Security System based on the righteous or unrighteous mammon?
An administrative judge over a trust which has authority over
the SSN card and its holders will assume that there is a contract if he has one and has used it. Of course the word
assume is defined 'to pretend' in Black's but we are told to make our yes, yes and our no, no. We are supposed to keep our agreements and the world will hold us to them. It is not the world's job to instruct us about other governments that may be freer systems.
Is there a contract according to God's LAW? Who can judge?
ONLY GOD CAN JUDGE THE LAW OF GOD.

All these people are in the service of the gods of the world. They
are not qualified to teach you about any other kingdom. If they
tried it would be a breach of trust. There are a number of laws and by treaty
that forbid someone from upsetting the status quo. You are not
supposed to entice a person from one faith with in the trust to another. You
are certainly not to help people get out of the trust. That would be
disloyal to the trust, to mammon.
To be loyal to your masters and not tell the slaves how they can
escape is not fraud.
Fraud would require intent. The clerks and servants of the world
are not deceiving you with intent to defraud. They are ignorant, too. If
they told you where you could go and be free of any servitude to
their masters, they would actually be defrauding their masters.
This brings us back to the, so called, Church, who should have told us these things, but has failed to do so.
In the matter of what the world has done you would have to prove intent to defraud, in order to prove fraud, and you would have to be innocent of any part in the fraud to do you any good.
And then there is the matter of what court are you going to take this accusation to? If you accuse them of fraud you will be challenging them in a way that requires that they defend their position or admit fraud.
But to claim you had the number by mistake, to return any thing that may be owed and to move to the unrighteous mammon, is a much different and more productive or fruitful approach. To prove mistake requires only your confession. Then they
would have to prove that you knew exactly what you were doing, what
was in your head and mind at the time and more. You are the only and best witness as to that and the ignorance of so many others gives a bonified air to your claim..
Remember that one of the four ingredients of a lawful contract is
consent, that is to say a meeting of the minds. They can testify
as to what they were thinking, but not what you were thinking. The
burden of proof with a declaration of mistake, as opposed to fraud, shift to them.
This is why a Declaration Against Interest is of value because
it clears the air on your mistake and shifts the burden to them to prove
otherwise.
The best declaration is to do the will of the Father, to seek the kingdom with your whole, heart and mind, to bear fruit.

Again, I will not say it is fraud. They do not claim to be
masters of God's kingdom, but of their own.
Those seeking the kingdom and its righteousness would not refer to them as " our so-called governing body." The constitution of their government has some serious problems.
Matthew 7:3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
Is it fraud to play monopoly? Is monopoly money counterfeit.
Within its realm it is real and its rules are real. What you are
dealing with is international ignorance, perpetrated by a universal religious delusion.
All things are lawful
unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful
for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.

But is all hope lost because people seek a wicked kingdom where
they can rule their neighbor by their own means. Even though they would not tell us of
the LORD's Kingdom? People talk about rising up and throwing off the
tyranny. But the answer is repentance, change your ways. We are but a few and will always
be a few.
There are many that hate the system, but they do not love the
LORD.When the people of Iran threw out the Shaw they did not stand
against tyranny they simply changed tyrants.

Absolutely. I agree. Most of America is not trapped by anything
more than their own love of evil, pride and fear of letting go. Love not the wicked but Love the
LORD with thy whole heart, mind and soul. Do this and he will teach you
what they cannot teach you.

Here is a question. Why didn't Moses or Jesus cry fraud more if it is such a good plan?
Why didn't Moses just say rescind your contracts?

What does it mean that our righteousness must exceed their?
There is a bettewr plan for those who come in the name of our Father and the name of Christ.
Plan B should have been plan A...

OLD TESTAMENT
If your brothers threw you in a pit and someone else comes
along and buys you out of that pit at their expense and you consent to their voluntary expenditure for your benefit then
you are a slave and can be sold to get back their investment. Even
though your brothers had no right to throw you in the pit your cousins
were under no obligation to buy you out even though it would have been the
charitable thing to do.

If your fathers consent to Pharaoh's offer then four hundred years later you might still be in a corvee system of statutory bondage. If you add to that the fact that you have run up a huge debt to get all those benefits, keep taking them at the expense of your neighbor I would have to assume that you are in bondage and again entangled heavily in it.

NEW TESTAMENT
If you did not owe a tax and your master did not owe a tax
but you opened your big mouth and said you did and your master
did, then you might need to pay the tax. Not because you actually created debt and owe it but because
you said you owed it even though you were wrong, even deceived.

COMMON LAW
If some one sells you a fish they do not own and you eat it, do you
owe the fishmonger or the owner of the fish the price of a fish?
Even though you did not steal the fish and have paid for it in good faith you must pay again or give back equal value. If
you have received stolen goods you must give them back.
If you eat a goat that belongs to someone else because you are starving you must either try to pay for it or you are a thief.
Did you get free education at the expense of your neighbor... have you signed up for health care, unemployment etc. would they take care of you if you got injured.... Who is your Daddy, who offers you daily bread if you are in need...?????
If you borrow credit notes and use them to buy a real car who has cheating who?
When the notes loose their value:
Has the banker cheated you or have you cheated the car dealer?
Did the banker actually get something from you?
Did you actually get something from the car dealer?
Who got the use of the car that was produced with real sweat and blood?
Most bankers are as ignorant as the people when it comes to understanding present value, legal and lawful money and title and the sin of central banking, usury and debt notes.
The most important question is have you been seeking the KIngdom of God and His righteousness? Have you been networking together with others to provide a system of social Security funded by faith hope and charity alone?
Until you do so like the ant then you should not be free.
